Do you ever find yourself loving two programs and just can’t decide on, which one to do?! What if I said you can have your P90X and Turbo Fire too! I was going to put cake, but since we are trying to get in better shape I thought I’d leave it out lol.
Okay so here is the hybrid for you. No need to make you read a bunch of stuff when you just want to get to the workouts
P90X/Turbo Fire Hybrid:
Sunday: Rest day
Monday: P90X: Chest and Back and Ab ripper X
Tuesday: Turbo Fire: FIRE 30 or HIIT 20 depending on how much time you have
Wednesday: P90X: Shoulders and Arms and CORE 20
Thursday: Turbo FIre: FIRE 45 or HIIT 25
Friday: P90X: Legs and Back and Ab ripper X
Saturday: Turbo Fire: FIRE 55 or Stretch 30
