Jack3d For Women

Okay how many of you ladies out there are wondering if Jack3d is just for men, or can women take it too? Let me put you all at ease and inform you that women can also take it! I actually highly recommend it and take it myself!

When I first started doing P90X, I always seemed to feel drained and tired. I felt like I was doing the work outs, but not to the fullest that I should be. So Coach Josh Spencer (my fiancé) introduced me to Jack3d and to my amazement I seemed to go a lot longer and had to take less breaks. It was like it gave me some little boost of energy that I was looking for.

Now you’re wondering well how much should you take. For me, it doesn’t take much. I add 1 scoop of Jack3d to 8 oz of water and in about 30-40 minutes I am ready to workout. If you do take this and you just don’t seem to feel it, then I suggest that you just up the amount to about a scoop and a half and go from there. Another thing I will tell you is don’t take it any later than 5:00 pm if you want to go to sleep that night. Let me tell you P90X Coach Josh and I learned that the hard way. If you’re also wondering how you know when it is working, well you will feel a slight tingly feeling and may even feel a bit warm! No need to worry, this is normal, and I have gone through all of this! I actually get excited when my body starts to tingle cause I know I am about to have one insane workout!

What flavors do Jack3d come in and what flavor do I suggest? Well as far as I know, there are two flavors, fruit punch and lemon lime. If you’re not a big coconut person, then I suggest you go with the lemon lime because from my experience and some other people I have heard say that the fruit punch tastes like coconut. The lemon lime isn’t bad, but I found if you add it to some sugar free lemonade, you can barely even tell that you have added it to it.

So like I said above, Jack3d isn’t only for men, women can also take it. No need to worry you won’t bulk up from it or have any weird deformities build on your body. It will just intensify your workout and help you Bring It even more! So let’s all go add some Jack3d to our water and wait about 30 minutes and Bring It!

    I tend to get a sick feeling and my head starts spinning a little after about 4-5 hrs after taking it. Also, I don’t get the “warm, tingly” feeling when I take it either. I can’t decide if I should keep using this or switch to a women’s ultra active vitamin. Also, are there recommendations to cycle this? And – should I try to drink more water throughout the day (since I workout in the morning…) to help get it out of my system before the next day? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!

    I recommend you stop taking it. You shouldn’t be feeling this way at all. Not sure if it’s a side effect or if you don’t have enough water in your system. You can try drinking 8 glasses of water, but I’m not sure why you would be feeling this way. Also you should take it for 2 months and then stop for 1 month so you continue to get the energy from it and your body doesn’t become immune to it. Let me know what you decide to do and if this helps at all :)

    I was taking the womens ultra active vitamins and was feeling really sick after taking all of those pills. I love Jacked 3D! I was nervous at first thinking only men could take it, but 1/2 scoop is all I need just to get that extra push though my insanity workout.

    Hey I’m 21 with 2 kids and still have my baby fat. =( I need to start working out and I found some great videos. My husband takes this stuff and says I should to help me sweat and lose the body fat, but I’m still pretty unsure about it. What happens if I take the stuff and just do a light workout? Is that bad? Or what if its short but intense? With 2 small children its hard to find the time. Please help.

    As long as you need an extra push that is just fine :) I suggest only taking 1 scoop or 1/2 a scoop and see what that does for you :) So even if it’s a short workout it is just fine to take :) I actually love the way it works!! Always helps especially on days when I’m dragging :)

    I just got my tub delivered today.. im so nervous haha. im going to take 1/2 a scoop for my 1st time.. im training legs tonight.. an most the time feel quite sick after squats normally. i hope this doesnt make me feel worse :S do you eat before you take it? or should it be taken on an empty stomach??

    I take Jack3D before each of my Crossfit workouts. I am about 5’3, 120lbs, small frame and it works GREAT for me. It gives me an incredible boost of energy and I am throwing weights I never thought I could! I highly recommend Jack3D for women.
    I usually take it on an empty stomach at 5am, about half an hour before I hit the gym. I have a tendency to “toss my cookies” if I eat anything before hand so this is just what works for ME. Love Jack3D!

    hi I’m of a very slight build, i weigh 49kg. i love my workouts 3x a week and have 2 kids. i find I’m always tired before and after the workouts. been seriously thinking abt obtaining some jak3d. how many scoops should i be trying? and usually i have a cereal breakfast 2 hours before my workout….can i still have breakfast and take jak3d?? if so how much earlier?

    Hey! I would suggest you take 1-2 scoops and if you take it 2 hours after your breakfast you should be just fine. BUT starting out I would suggest 1 scoop then go from there :)
