A: Supplements that I use and recommend include Shakeology, the Recovery Formula, Whey Protein, and Jack3d.

Q: What do you think of Shakeology?

A: My fiance (Coach Josh) had me try Shakeology for the first time in February of 2010, and I ended up losing 12lbs in 2 months from using it! It’s the best tasting shake that I have ever had, and compare it to a chocolate fudgesicle. I use it as a meal replacement shake for lunch, and blend it with 6 oz of fat free milk, a banana, and 8 ice cubes. Q: When should I take they whey protein?

A: I recommend taking it once in the morning and right after your workout. If you’re taking the Recovery Formula, then take the whey an hour after you take that.

A: Not at all! Whey protein is very important for muscle building, and the best protein that you can consume!

Q: When do you take the Recovery Formula?

A: You are supposed to take the Recovery Formula directly following the workout. It has the right balance of simple carbs and protein (4:1 ratio), and is essential for proper muscle recovery!

Q: What supplements should I take to gain mass?

A: When my fiance is trying to gain mass, he takes creatine, whey protein, Jack3d, and the Recovery Formula. Gaining mass has a lot to do with the timing of supplements and the proper diet!
