We all have programs that we love and we all have the issue of figuring out, which one to do! Why not do a hybrid of the two? I love ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Fire, so I decided to do a hybrid of the two. Now I’m sure a lot of you are thinking “I never thought of doing that.” But how do I combine the two? It’s quite simple and below I will give you a sample of the two and what to do on each day
Take a look for yourself and try it out. I would recommend using the Nutrition Guide from ChaLean Extreme since you will be lifting and you need to make sure you are eating enough
Also, don’t worry ladies you won’t bulk up from lifting. It will actually tone your arms, legs, butt, etc up
which we all are looking to do. Men will bulk up because they have testosterone and we don’t!!
Here is the ChaLean Extreme-Turbo Fire Hybrid:
Sunday: Rest Day
Monday: Burn circuit 1 and Abs
Tuesday: Turbo Fire FIRE 30
Wednesday: Burn Circuit 2 and Abs
Thursday: Turbo Fire FIRE 45
Friday: Burn Circuit 3 and Abs
Saturday: Turbo Fire 55 or ChaLean Extreme Recharge
So as you all can see this is very simple! Once you’ve done this for one month move on to the Push from ChaLean Extreme for the 2nd month. I would stick with the same Turbo Fire routine, but you are more than welcome to mix them up or replace a FIRE with a HIIT. Also you can do the CORE 20 from Turbo Fire for your abs instead of the Abs from ChaLean Extreme. Also you can move up to the next step for abs on ChaLean Extreme if you feel ready. it’s called I got abs.
