Do you work full time? 40 hours or plus a week? Now you wonder where in the world you’re supposed to find time to do a workout, right? You come home, make dinner, and then relax on the couch. That is pretty much your evening when working full time. This may be part of the reason you haven’t been able to commit to a workout. I’m here to tell you it is possible to have a full time job and still do a workout program. So many people are doing it and they feel great.
Are you tired of feeling tired all the time? Tired of not feeling good about yourself? Well don’t you think it’s about time you do something about it? I used to do the same things, make up excuses and felt sorry for myself. How was I supposed to work all day and then also do an hour work out like P90X or Insanity? Sitting on the couch in front of the T.V. sounds much better, right? Well think of this, what if there was a way to get your workout done and find time to relax? Wouldn’t that be nice? I am going to give you some tips on how to do just that!
Work out in the morning before work! This will get your body and metabolism moving! Not only will you get it done and over with, but you will also feel refreshed and all stretched out. Just knowing that you don’t have to come home and work out makes all the difference. Yes, getting up an hour or so earlier isn’t much fun, but your body will get used to it and eventually you will just start waking up. You body will adjust and you will settle into a routine.
Try turning off the T.V., throwing in some of your favorite music, and then doing your workout. If you have an office job, you’ve been sitting all day anyhow. Why sit any more? Get up and get moving! Get your mind off of things and just enjoy yourself. Try doing a program like Brazil Butt Lift, which is a lot of fun and you won’t even notice you are working out. Insanity is also a great workout. It keeps you moving and gets all those muscles stretched out. Once you finish your workout, take a bubble bath before bed to reward yourself and relax!
Try out 10 minute Trainer. It consists of 3 10 minute workouts. Do one in the morning, maybe one at your lunch break, and one in the evening. It is only 10 minutes each time! Or you could do all 3 at one time and that is only a half an hour. Doesn’t sound to bad to me if I say so myself.
Do it as soon as you get home! Don’t sit on the couch or get on the computer. You’re more likely to not do it if you do this. Instead, come home change, into those workout clothes, and jump right into the workout. Not only will you get it done, but then the rest of your evening is yours!!
Now I’ve heard the excuse “I have to make dinner for my family” many, many times. Well, what if you pre-made some dinners and then all they had to do was warm them up? Now that just took an hour off your hands and gave you an hour to work out. This seems simple enough!
