This is a new product that is to clean your body of all it&#8217;s toxin and basically lets you start brand new!! Of course this is something I HAD/HAVE to try! It sounds amazing!! I mean think about how long we&#8217;ve gone eating a ton of crap before we started eating healthy and more than likely it is just sitting in our intestines building up causing us issues along the way. It may not be something that you even would think that could cause this! Like be tired,  moody, stomach issues, bowel issues, etc. It&#8217;s these kinds of things that can be reversed just by trying out the Ultimate Reset that Beachbody has just come out with.</p>
<p>So Day 1 for me was yesterday and it wasn&#8217;t too bad. I started off my morning with drinking about 32 oz of  distilled water with mineralized in it,which is a salt to get in the electrolytes our bodies need, along with Optimized and Oxygenized. At first I felt a little out of it and tired, but that went away a little while later. After 30 minutes, which is the amount of time they suggest you wait to eat a meal I had my breakfast. Now most of you are thinking with cleanses you starve yourself. Well let me just say the meal portions are the perfect amount and you are definitely NOT starving at all!! They also suggest you don&#8217;t drink water with your meals so your body can digest your food properly. Then you wait 2 hours take the supplements again and then eat 3o minutes later.</p>
<p>So I did this throughout the day and since I&#8217;m NOT getting any caffeine. CRAZY I know my head did start to hurt a bit. This is normal because you are cleaning out your system of all the crap. Your basically giving your insides a workout so this means NO WORKING OUT for 21 days. This may be tough for some of you, but trust me by the time you are supposed to workout you won&#8217;t really have enough energy to do so.</p>
<p>Alright so now you are probably asking if these meals are so good what do they consist of?</p>
<p>Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, Kale, 2 slices of wheat toast. (Males can add a cup of mixed fruit)</p>
<p>Lunch: Microgreen salad: Mixed greens with shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato, red bell peppers, dill, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds and you choose the dressing you make</p>
<p>Dinner: 6 oz salmon marinaded with olive oil, lemon juice, basil, dill, salt. with Asparagus and baby potatoes.</p>
<p>You are aloud to have a snack and those are included in the book <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  It is such a great program so far and even though I&#8221;m tired I know this will go away in a few days and I will be loaded with energy and be super happy. I know I do and obviously it isn&#8217;t always made the healthiest so I did my research and found an amazing recipe online from Eating Well and I just had to share with all of you!! I know I can&#8217;t wait to try it out and would love to know what all of you think of it as well!!</p>
<p><strong>What  you will need:</strong></p>
<p><strong></p>
<li>1/4 cup low-fat or fat free mayonnaise</li>
<li>1 teaspoon Dijon mustard</li>
<li>5 tablespoons finely chopped shallot, divided</li>
<li>1- 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme, divided</li>
<li>1 pound ground chicken</li>
<li>1/3 cup finely diced ham</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper</li>
<li>4 slices  low fat Swiss cheese or Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella</li>
<li>8 small slices whole wheat bread or 4 large slices, cut in half, toasted</li>
<li>12 large spinach leaves                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Directions:</li>
<li>
<li>Preheat grill to medium-high or</li>
</li>
<p></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Coat a nonstick pan, preferably cast-iron (or a grill pan), with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add burgers, reduce heat to medium and cook, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer registers 155°F (for pork and bison) or 165° (for beef or chicken), 4 to 5 minutes per side.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong></p>
<li>
<li>Combine mayonnaise, mustard, 1 tablespoon shallot and 1/2 teaspoon thyme in a small bowl. Set aside.</li>
<li>Place the remaining 4 tablespoons shallot, remaining 1 teaspoon thyme, chicken, ham, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Gently combine without overmixing. Form into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.</li>
<li>Oil the grill rack (see Tip). Grill the burgers, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165°F, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Top each burger with cheese and cook until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Assemble the burgers on toasted bread with the herb mayonnaise and spinach.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                <strong>Per serving:</strong> 350 calories; 17 g fat ( 6 g sat , 6 g mono ); 119 mg cholesterol; 20 g carbohydrates; 1 gadded sugars; 29 g protein; 3 g fiber; 722 mg sodium; 910 mg potassium.</li>

I told myself the same thing some of you probably have; &#8220;Oh its so expensive&#8221;, &#8220;This is a joke and won&#8217;t work&#8221;, but I tried it anyways. I stayed on it 2 months and got off of it because I wasn&#8217;t motivated or committed at that time.  Recently I joined a Beachbody P90X challenge group and once again started Shakeology and consumed it daily throughout the 90 day challenge and am now consuming it daily on my P90X2 challenge. Well let me tell you that I was a fool for ever getting off this stuff, because the results have been absolutely amazing.  Before I get to the results though, there is the taste of Shakeology. Both Chocolate and Greenberry are amazingly delicious because of the different varieties you can add to each of them.  I do prefer Chocolate though, as it reminds me of a delicious thick and creamy malt without all the sugar and calories.  I now drink my Shakeology first thing in the morning because of the added energy boost it gives me before my morning workouts.  It&#8217;s amazing at how I can get through a workout after having been on the Shakeology for 4 months. I&#8217;m not going to say that it makes the workouts easy, because we all know these workouts are tough, but it does make them more manageable. I put it to a test and stopped drinking Shakeology for a few mornings and did my workouts and let me tell you I felt lethargic and it showed in my reps/weight during the workouts.  Mornings may not be what&#8217;s best for you, put it to a test and decide for yourself what time of day works for you.  Of course there are the health reasons behind Shakeology which I don&#8217;t even need to mention, there truly isn&#8217;t a healthier meal out there.  I used to tell myself it was expensive, but it&#8217;s not.  Eliminate that Monster energy drink, Starbucks Coffee or whatever else you may treat yourself to for that extra kick throughout the day and replace it with Shakeology. The price works out to be the same and it&#8217;s a healthy alternative to increase your energy levels.  Last great thing for me with Shakeology has been my results.  Thanks to a daily glass of Shakeology, P90X and P90X2 and healthy eating, I&#8217;ve been able to lose nearly 2 inches off my waist in 4 months, I&#8217;m wearing pants that I haven&#8217;t worn in some time, my midsection is tighter and again I feel great throughout the day.  So if you haven&#8217;t tried this amazing product from Beachbody yet, contact Melinda or whoever your coach is and order it.  Best of luck to all of you on your fitness journey and take it from someone who went from 325 pounds to 185&#8230;If I can do it, anyone can do it.</p>

Of course we all love the sugar coated cereals and donuts galore, but in all seriousness we know it&#8217;s not the proper foods out bodies need when trying to get into the best shape of our lives!! So since I&#8217;ve been doing this for quite some time I&#8217;ve found that I buy almost the same items every single week when I go to the grocery store. I&#8217;m going to share my grocery list with you in hopes that it will make your grocery shopping experience more enjoyable <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>That&#8217;s about it. Seems pretty simple and out of all of this you can make a ton of different meals. I actually have my favorite recipes from the Fat Shredder Phase in P90X2 that use a lot of these ingredients and some new meal ideas for you to try out on your families. Make sure to double check the ingredients that way there isn&#8217;t something you&#8217;re missing.</p>

Between all the people, kids crying, and all of the choices it&#8217;s tough enough to stick with your grocery list!! I mean where do you even start? So I am going to give you some <strong>healthy grocery shopping tips </strong>for each section of the grocery store!</p>
<p><strong>Tip 1: Produce-</strong> Of course I will start off with produce, since its the first area you usually see in MOST grocery stores. I highly recommend you spend the most time in this area. Getting fresh produce is key. The more colors and varieties you get the better!! Remember the more colors the different nutrients and vitamins you are getting! I always recommend getting: bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, onion, green peppers,eggplant,blueberries, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Tips 2: Breads,Cereal,Pasta- </strong>Okay first off let&#8217;s start off with cereal of course you are going to want to go with something you have always loved as a kid, but unfortunately it&#8217;s NOT the best choice. So you silly rabbit trix are for kids. Try getting oatmeal, cheerio&#8217;s, or whole grain chex. I know it may seem bland and boring, but you can spruce all of them up!! Oatmeal add some organic maple syrup, or cinnamon and stevia, for cheerio&#8217;s add cinnamon and stevia, and same goes for chex. Even adding some of that yummy fresh fruit you got from tip one is great to add to this as well.  Next lets go to breads,pasta, and rice, whole grain is key. I alway make sure to get whole wheat bread. When checking the label on the bread make sure it&#8217;s whole wheat flour not enriched this means it&#8217;s NOT whole wheat. Same goes for pasta go with wheat pasta and brown rice. I find the best brown rice to get is Uncle Bens the kind in the bag, which you can boil in just 10 minutes!!!!</p>
<p><strong>Tip 3: Canned and dried food- </strong>Try and keep a variety of canned and dried  items in your pantry such as beans, fruits, tuna,and some canned veggies. These are always great to keep on hand for adding to soups, pastas, salads, or side dishes. Make sure to get canned veggies without added salts, tuna in water, and fruits that are in juice not sugary syrups.</p>
<p><strong>Tip 4: Frozen Foods- </strong>Sometimes during winter months its nice to get frozen fruits and veggies. Of course you will want to make sure when purchasing these you don&#8217;t get Vegetables with any sauce added and fruits that are just frozen with out anything added!! I find getting mango and pineapple is nice especially when making my Shakeology.</p>
<p><strong>Tip 5: Dairy- </strong>Of course this is one of my favorite aisles to choose from. It can also be the worst for a lot of people if you don&#8217;t know what you are looking for. I first like to choose my cottage cheese and yogurt. I get 1 % cottage cheese and fat free strawberry yogurt or some sort of flavor. Remember portions when eating yogurt though. Next is the milk I always go for Fat free or Almond milk. Almond milk is my favorite especially mixed in Shakeology! Less calories and fat and taste so yummy!!  Of course we have to move on to CHEESE!! Who doesn&#8217;t love cheese?? When choosing this you have to be careful try and find fat free or low fat. of course it may taste different at first, but I find that I enjoy it much more than the cheese loaded in fat and sodium. It could be because  I know it&#8217;s much better for my body. I usually go with the fat free singles and get the low fat shredded cheese for my healthy pizza&#8217;s and eggs.</p>
<p><strong>Tip 6: Meat, Poultry, and Fish- </strong>This one is pretty simple. What I always do is choose my lean meat and fish first. I go for tilapia, shrimp, and salmon for my fish. And then move onto my turkey and chicken I get boneless skinless chicken breast, ground turkey, and turkey breast for that part. Then onto red meat. You should only have red meat once a week and I highly recommend going for either lean beef like 93/7 or tip sirloin.</p>
<p>Nestle offers these simple solutions to savvy shopping without spending hours in the grocery store:</p>
<ul>
<li>Shop the perimeter of the grocery store, where fresh foods like fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and fish are usually located. Avoid the center aisles where junk foods lurk.</li>
<li>Choose &#8220;real&#8221; foods, such as 100% fruit juice or 100% whole-grain items with as little processing and as few additives as possible. If you want more salt or sugar, add it yourself.</li>
<li>Stay clear of foods with cartoons on the label that are targeted to children. If you don&#8217;t want your kids eating junk foods, don&#8217;t have them in the house.</li>
<li>Avoiding foods that contain more than five ingredients, artificial ingredients, or ingredients you can&#8217;t pronounce.</li>
</ul>
<p>Now that you have some great tips for grocery shopping why not make out a grocery list now and see how it goes!! I know when I have a ton of fresh and healthy items in my cart I feel great! of course junk food may taste yummy it&#8217;s not what your body needs and won&#8217;t make you feel good at all!!</p>

I am following the Fat Shredder Phase and I thought I&#8217;d share some of my favorite recipes with you, so you can see what a day in the life of Melinda&#8217;s diet looks like <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Now just so you know these recipes taste amazing and just because they are part of a nutrition guide doesn&#8217;t mean they taste awful!! I was actually shocked the first time I put all of these different meals in my mouth for the first time! They are loaded with flavor and leave you feeling comfortable until your next meal!!! Which is awesome for me since doing this program has jump started my metabolism!!</p>
<p><strong>Favorite Breakfast Recipes:</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><em><strong>Tomato Pesto Egg white Omelet: Serves 1/138 calories</strong></em></span></p>
<p>1/8 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves</p>
<p>1 garlic clove,finely chopped</p>
<p>1 roma tomato chopped</p>
<p>1 tsp olive oil</p>
<p>3 egg whites</p>
<p>1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese</p>
<p>1. Whisk egg whites and set aside.</p>
<p>2. Place olive oil in a small skillet and preheat over medium heat. Add garlic, basil and tomato and sauté for 2-3 minutes</p>
<p>3.Add egg whites and cook for about 1 minute, then gently lift edge of omelet and allow liquid to flow underneath. Cook an additional minute or two and flip. Cook for 1 more minute.</p>
<p>4. Add cheese, fold in half and slide onto plate. ENJOY!!</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><em><strong>Whole Wheat Crepes Florentine: serves 1/ 241 calories</strong></em></span></p>
<p><strong>For Crepes:</strong></p>
<p>3/4 cup water</p>
<p>1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour</p>
<p>1/4 cup low fat 1% milk</p>
<p>1 egg white</p>
<p>1 tsp olive oil</p>
<p>1 pinch salt</p>
<p>non stick cooking spray</p>
<p><strong>For Crepe Filling:</strong></p>
<p>1/4 cup diced onion</p>
<p>1/4 cup chopped raw chicken breast</p>
<p>1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained</p>
<p>1 tsp olive oil</p>
<p>3 egg whites</p>
<p>1 Tbsp low fat shredded mozzarella</p>
<p><strong>Crepes:</strong></p>
<p>1.Whisk first 6 ingredients together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1-8 hours.</p>
<p>2.Spray a small frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat</p>
<p>3.Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan and spread thin by tilting pan in a circular motion. Cook 2-3 minutes until crepe begins to brown around edges and top is covered in bubbles. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes until crepe is no longer wet in the center,but is still moist.</p>
<p>4. Yield 6-8 crepes. Leftover crepes can be stored in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to 1 week and reheated in a frying pan.</p>
<p><strong>Crepe filling:</strong></p>
<p>Place olive oil in a medium frying pan and preheat over medium heat.then add onion and chicken and sauté until chicken is fully cooked.</p>
<p>Add egg whites and spinach. Cook, scrambling until eggs are no longer runny.</p>
<p>Add cook egg mixture and cheese to crepe, roll up and serve hot. (I serve 3 at a time)</p>
<p><strong>Snack Recipes:</strong></p>
<p>Of course Shakeology is my #1 favorite snack recipe, but I&#8217;m also going to add one of my favorite salad recipes they have along with a few soups. Remember you should have two snacks a day along with your 3 main meals.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #333333;">Cocoa Beef and Mushroom Salad:Serves 1/ 197 calories</span></em></strong></p>
<p>1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder</p>
<p>1 tsp ground red pepper ( if you don&#8217;t like spicy cut this out)</p>
<p>1-4oz filet mignon (or any lean beef)</p>
<p>1/2 cup beef broth</p>
<p>1 small can sliced mushrooms(drained)</p>
<p>1 Tbsp olive oil</p>
<p>2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar</p>
<p>2 cup chopped romaine lettuce</p>
<p>1.Mix cocoa powder and red pepper together on a small plate. coat both sides of meat in the mixture.</p>
<p>2. Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Place beef in skillet and sear for about 2 minutes on each side.</p>
<p>3. Add beef broth and simmer for 6-10 minutes, depending on how rare you like your meat. Remove meat and set aside on a cutting board.</p>
<p>4. Add mushrooms, olive oil, and vinegar to broth in skillet and simmer until warm</p>
<p>5. Arrange romaine on plate. Slice beef into thin slices and lay on top of lettuce. Top with mushrooms and pan juices. serve warm.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #ff9900;">Chicken and White bean soup: Serves 6/ 180 calories</span></em></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 tsp olive oil</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 large onion chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 stalks celery chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/4 tsp dried rosemary</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/4 tsp dried sage</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 32oz carton low sodium chicken broth</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 cup water</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">12 oz boneless skinless rotisserie-roasted chicken (I buy my own whole chicken and bake in oven) white chicken meat shredded</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 can white beans rinsed and drained</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1.Place olive oil in a large stockpot over medium heat, add onion and celery and cook until onion is translucent.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2. Add rosemary and sage and cook for 30 seconds.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">3.Add broth,water,chicken, and white beans. Simmer for 15-20 minutes</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">4.Ladel into bowls and serve hot</span></p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #ff00ff;">Seafood Gazpacho: Serves4/270 calories</span></em></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 cup chopped cucumber, skin on, seeds removed</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 red bell pepper, cleaned and roughly chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 orange bell pepper, cleaned and roughly chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">4 roma tomatos, chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 small red onion, cleaned and roughly chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 cloves of garlic minced</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">3 cups low sodium tomato juice</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 Tbsp olive oil</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/4 cup red wine vinegar</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 pinch salt</span></p>
<p>1 Tbsp ground black pepper</p>
<p>1 lb large shrimp, cleaned,shelled, and boiled</p>
<p>Cilantro (to taste)</p>
<p>1.Place first 6 ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until all vegetables are about uniform size</p>
<p>2. Add tomato juice, oil, vinegar and pulse until well combined</p>
<p>3. Season with salt and pepper</p>
<p>4.Transfer soup to a large soup bowl and cover and place into fridge for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.</p>
<p>5.While soup is chilling, chill shrimp. When ready to serve, slice the shrimp lengthwise.</p>
<p>6.Portion soup into soup bowls and lay 1/4 of shrimp on each portion. Garnish with cilantro if desired.</p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 tsp sea salt</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">3 cloves fresh garlic, minced</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp olive oil</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">Chicken Breast:</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 tsp chopped fresh parsley</span></p>

<p>1/2 tsp garlic powder</p>

<p>4 skinless boneless chicken breast</p>
<p><strong>For Salsa:</strong></p>
<p>1.Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill in fridge until ready to serve.</p>
<p><strong>For Chicken Breast:</strong></p>
<p>1.Combine all ingredients in a large ziplock plastic bag.Add chicken. Shake to distribute well, seal, and put in fridge to marinate for at least an hour.</p>
<p>3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</p>
<p>4.Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade</p>
<p>5.Place chicken in a glass baking dish, cover with foil and place in oven for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked!!</p>
<p>6. Serve with salsa on top, garnish with fresh basil leaves.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #008000;">Chicken Salad Pita Pocket: Serves 1/307 calories</span></em></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">4 oz baked chicken breast chopped into 1/2 inch cubes</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp fat free mayo</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 celery stalk chopped</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 Tbsp chopped onion</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 tsp curry powder</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 tsp dijon mustard</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Salt and pepper (to taste)</span></p>
<p>2 Tbsp chopped apple or raisins(optional)</p>
<p>1/2 whole wheat pita</p>
<p>shredded lettuce</p>
<p>1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well</p>
<p>2. Spoon into pita and top with lettuce.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color: #ff0000;">Individual Meat Loaves: Serves 4/208 calories</span></em></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 large egg whites</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 cup quick cooking oats</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">1/2 tsp garlic powder</span></p>
<p>2 Tbsp ketchup</p>
<p>1/4 tsp salt</p>
<p>1/4 tsp ground black pepper</p>
<p>1 pound ground lean chicken or turkey breast</p>
<p>3 Tbsp minced onion</p>
<p>1 small can tomato sauce</p>
<p>Nonstick cooking spray</p>
<p>1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees</p>
<p>2. In a large bowl beat egg whites well with a whisk</p>
<p>3.Stir in oats, worchestershire, garlic powder, ketchup,salt, and pepper.</p>
<p>4.Add ground meat and onion and mix well</p>
<p>5.Divide meat mixture into 4 equal loaves, shaping into an oval shaped loaf</p>
<p>6.Lightly spray a foil lined rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Place loaves on prepared baking pan and cover each with the tomato sauce.</p>
<p>7. Bake 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.</p>

I am on day 5 and let me just say &#8220;WOW&#8221; This program is legit! If you have stumbled across a plateau and are looking for something new and awesome you want to do this program!! Here is what my Week 1 has looked like thus far.</p>
<p>Day 1:X2 Core- This workout may seem simple, but trust me it&#8217;s not <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I found that my core isn&#8217;t as strong as I thought it was and using the balance ball is a little tough. The great thing is you can do modified versions if you aren&#8217;t comfortable with using it right away. Of course I had to do my best and use it.</p>
<p>Day 2: Plyocide- Now for those of you who have done P90X you may think this workout will be a lot like plyometrics&#8230;.WRONG!! It actually is nothing like it and crazy how it gets you working on your jumping skills!! I found this to be very tough, but doable!</p>
<p>Day 3: Recovery and Mobility- You will be so thankful for this one! Tony gives you 20 minutes on the foam roller to work out all those sore muscles. You will find yourself looser and a lot less sore!! Not to mention all the stretching he does to get you ready for Day 4!!</p>
<p>Day 4: Total Body and X2 Ab ripper- I was a little nervous for this workout and I&#8217;m glad I got myself mentally ready for this one! There are a ton of shoulder workouts, pull ups, and pushups. I actually found this one very challenging and I know as I do it more and more I&#8217;ll get better at it. So you do 12 moves the first round and then the same 12 moves the 2nd round be ready to use your WHOLE BODY!! Then after you finish this one you aren&#8217;t done it goes right into X2 Ab ripper!  All new moves, so be ready to try some new and crazy ab workouts <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Day 5: Yoga X- This workout is up next for me so stay tuned for my next post, which will have Yoga and Balance plus Power <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Almost done with Week 1 and I check my weight this morning and I&#8217;m already down 3 pounds!!!</p>

So why not add a twist to it myself and add some of my own little touch to it <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  And of course it was a hit and the whole gang loved it <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I mean I made 2 large ones about 3 pounds of it and it was all eaten up <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Which makes me feel WONDERFUL!!</p>
<p>So of course when I posted on Facebook that I made a healthy Italian meatloaf a lot of you wanted the recipe and of course I want to share it with you all!! So here it goes and feel free to add any new touches you want to it <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I know I did <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Italian MeatLoaf</strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>What you will need:</strong></em></span></p>
<p>1/2 white onion diced</p>
<p>2 Tablespoons fat free chicken broth</p>
<p>2 Tablespoons garlic minced</p>
<p>1 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast</p>
<p>1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs</p>
<p>1/2 cup the 2 Tbsp. low sodium pasta sauce</p>
<p>2 Tbsp Italian seasoning</p>
<p>1/2 cup fat free mozzarella</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions:</span></em></strong></p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees</p>
<p>2.Saute&#8217; the onions in the chicken broth until lightly browned</p>
<p>3. Add in the minced garlic and sauté&#8217; for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slighly</p>
<p>4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, pasta sauce,  Italian seasoning and saute&#8217;d onion and garlic and mix together.</p>
<p>5. Form mixture into a loaf. Now take a separate so you have a top and bottom.</p>
<p>6. Take bottom half and place in loaf pan</p>
<p>7. Now add the fat free mozzarella and place the top half on top of that</p>
<p>8. Brush with the 2 tablespoons of pasta sauce on top.</p>
<p>9.Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until done.</p>
<p>10. Take out of oven and drain off fat let cool about 10 minutes and serve.</p>
<p>I love to serve this with french cut green beans.. It just makes a yummy home cooked meal and it is comfort food, just a healthier versions of it!</p>

<p><a href="http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/join-a-challenge-group1.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1897" title="join a challenge group" src="http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/join-a-challenge-group1.jpg" alt="" width="274" height="184" /></a>Recently I have formed a few Beachbody Challenge Groups and they have been a hit! I now want to share this with all of you, because I feel like this could be exactly what you need to get you the results you are looking for. Now there are a few things you will need to do to join a challenge group and it&#8217;s very simple!! So here I will share with you!</p>
<p><strong>How do you join a Challenge Group?</strong></p>
<p>So there are a few things you will need to do to be added to a challenge group! First thing first, You need to make me your coach <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  It&#8217;s very simple to do just click this link <strong><a href="http://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/31302">make me your coach</a> . </strong>Now just in case you didn&#8217;t know it&#8217;s <strong>Free </strong>to make me your coach. As your coach I will be here for support, motivation, and to answer any questions you have with the program, diet, etc. Next thing you will need to do is get on Shakeology HD this is a shake you will be so glad you invested in! You will replace one meal a day with it <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Then last,but not least you will need to do a Beachbody program. Some of my favorites are: P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, Hip Hop Abs, etc. There are so many options so no excuses on this one <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>What do you do once you are added to a group?</strong></p>
<p>Now that you&#8217;ve done everything to be added to a group you will want to post your goals to show everyone what you want to do during this challenge.  You will also need to post everyday that you&#8217;ve done your workout, replaced one meal with Shakeology, and that you followed the nutrition part of the program as well. Sounds pretty simple to me. I also want to add in that you are going to want to take Day 1 pictures and then take pictures every 15 days after that to show what kind of progress you have gotten thus far <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Great way to see results!! Friendly competition is alright as well. Maybe setting up a challenge to see who can get the best results, would be fun and keep you motivated <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Whats in it for you?</strong></p>

And it&#8217;s not like the Italian meals you get from Carabba&#8217;s or Olive Garden it&#8217;s Italian food like a real Italian family would make. He told me it was the best spaghetti he had ever had and of course I took this as a challenge to make my own homemade pasta sauce and of course I wanted it to be the BEST sauce he had ever had. Now I&#8217;m not Italian and I&#8217;m sure it wasn&#8217;t as good as the sauce he had at Casanova, but I know he loved it and I want to share it with you all <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  it&#8217;s very simple and you can make a bunch of it at a time and even jar it <img src='http://iwanttogettoned.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>What you will need:</p>
<p>Egg Plant</p>
<p>Mushrooms (the ones that are already sliced come in quite handy)</p>
<p>Canned diced tomatoes ( the medium sized one)</p>
<p>Half a white onion</p>
<p>Garlic</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Pepper</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1. In a skillet add some olive oil and let heat on medium heat</p>
<p>2. Add in cut up egg plant, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.</p>
<p>3. Once they are softened and mushrooms turn soft and a light grey color add in canned tomatoes</p>
<p>4. let simmer on medium heat for about half an hour. Stirring occassionally.</p>
<p>5. Once it gets to the consistency you like turn off and add to your favorite pasta or over chicken.</p>
<p>6. When done either jar or put in a container in fridge.</p>
<p>7. Enjoy!</p>
<p>See I told you it was simple and if there is any ingredients you don&#8217;t like you can cut them out. You can also make it thicker by adding some tomato paste to it.
