Insanity Review

My Insanity Review: About a year ago, my fiance, AKA P90X Coach Josh, introduced me to P90X. I just had a baby, was out of shape, and was ready to lose about 25lbs! After some hard work and dedication to both the diet and the workouts, that’s exactly what I did! Not only did I lose all of the baby weight, but I got into the best shape of my life!

After P90X, Josh introduced me to P90X Plus, and I have been mixing the two programs together for quite some time now. Then, we both got introduced to one of the toughest programs out there, and that’s Insanity! If you have looked at other Insanity Reviews, you have noticed that each and every one of them have something in common, that it’s one brutal workout! Well, they are all right because it is extremely tough! When I first did the workout, I was wore out from the warm-up!

So what is Insanity? Insanity is a 60 day workout program that will help you lose the fat and get extremely ripped! If you look at some of the Insanity success stories or Insanity results on YouTube, you will notice some crazy transformations! With the Insanity program, you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, and that’s because of something called Max Interval Training. Max Interval Training involves long bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short periods of rest. When you receive Insanity, you will receive an awesome looking book that holds the DVD’s and the Elite Nutrition Book, which helps you stay on track with your diet. You will also receive a calendar that shows when to do each Insanity workout.

I have to warn you though, Insanity is not for beginners! You have to already be in decent shape to begin the program. Also, if you have bad knees or a bad back, I don’t recommend Insanity because of the high impact. You will be jumping all over the place!
